Addenda and Amendments Being Proposed to RA Labor Code and to Law on Medical Aid and Service of Population Debated

At July 16 extraordinary sitting moderated by Narek Zeynalyan, the NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs debated in the second reading procedure the bill on Making Amendment and Addenda to the RA Law on Making Addenda and Amendments to the RA Labor Code authored by the Government. The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Smbat Saiyan informed that there were no recommendations in the procedure from the first to the second reading.

The bill on Making Addenda to the Law on Medical Aid and Service of Population was also debated in the second reading, which authored the NA deputies Narek Zeynalyan, Koryun Mkrtchyan, Arpine Davoyan, Lusine Badalyan, Hrach Hakobyan and Karen Sarukhanyan.

Presenting the viewpoint of the Government, as a result of debates, the RA First Deputy Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan and the MPs made a decision that the authorized body of the health sphere should establish within reasonable term the order of the medical aid and service depending on the basis of the state of emergency conditioned by emergency situations.

The Committee endorsed the debated initiatives.
